From those early days on construction sites to marrying my wife Sarah, (an incredibly talented designer) to building our first home together—my life has always revolved around creating beautiful spaces with great people.
With over 15 years in the industry, I've seen the highs and lows, which shaped my vision for GH. My goal was to challenge the status quo, merging high-end work with unparalleled customer service. What are your payment terms/structure?Our structured approach includes 15% upon signing the contract, 35% a week before the start date, 40% upon completion of drywall, and the final 10% at project completion.
