Phase 1: Discovery & Consultation
Our projects kick off with an inquiry form, which provides us with initial details to start planning. After receiving your completed form, we schedule an in-home consultation to discuss the scope of work, budget, timeline, and other project details.
This meeting allows you to familiarize yourself with our team and ensure we're the right fit for your project before proceeding.
Phase 2: Conceptual Development
Once contracts are signed and deposits received, we begin conceptualizing your dream space. During this phase, all structural construction documents are finalized and submitted for permits if required.
This marks the transition from your vision to an actionable outline that we can bring to life with design. Additionally, a 2D model will be created to provide a visual representation of the space being renovated. We call this the skeleton.
Phase 3: Design Formation
In this phase, we'll collaborate closely with you to refine the conceptual plans and bring your vision to life. We'll create mood boards, sketches, and renderings to help you visualize the space and make informed decisions.
From selecting materials and color schemes to discussing layout options and decorative elements, we'll guide you through every step of the process. Our goal is to make design fun and enjoyable, ensuring that the final result reflects your personality and style while also maximizing functionality and aesthetics.
Phase 4: Selections & Styling
Embarking on a renovation project involves a variety of decisions, from choosing fixtures to selecting finishes. We're here to make this process effortless for you. We provide a comprehensive "To-Do" list outlining all selections required for your project. Tile options, millwork, cabinetry, paint colors, lighting fixtures, you name it.
With our expert guidance and preferred vendors for each item, we'll help you navigate these choices seamlessly. Simply follow our lead, and together, we'll bring your vision to life while ensuring a stress-free experience.
Phase 5: Construction
During this phase, we transform your vision into reality. Our dedicated team, alongside trusted tradespeople, works tirelessly to execute the plans established during conceptual development.
To keep you fully informed and engaged, we provide access to an online construction schedule that is updated daily, allowing you to track progress and follow every step of the journey. Open communication is paramount, ensuring that any concerns are promptly addressed, and key checkpoints are integrated into the schedule to ensure timely completion of milestones.
Phase 6: Completion Walkthrough
Upon project completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the renovated space together. This allows us to address any remaining items and ensure your complete satisfaction with the finished result.
